Ms. Nor'Aini is a lecturer in Construction Management. She has a diploma in valuation and a Bachelor of Survey (Hons) in Property Management from UTM, an M.Sc. in Project Management and a Ph. D in Housing from USM. She teaches valuation, land administration and subjects related to property development and management. Her research interests is property development, particularly in housing and private developers.

Professor Nor’Aini joined USM in 1991. Her research interests are real estate development and management, innovation and sustainable practices in the built environment. She supervises master and Ph.D students.  She has published in refereed national and international journals.  She regularly reviews technical papers for many reputable journals.
