Dr. Amin Akhavan Tabassi is a senior lecturer at the School of Housing, Building & Planning- University Science of Malaysia (USM) and Honorary Lecturer at University of Liverpool. He holds a PhD degree in Project Management from USM and has also graduate degree in Project management and undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. He has over 12 years of experience in the areas of civil engineering and construction management. He has been bestowed the global credential PMP from the Project Management Institute (PMI) Pennsylvania, USA on June 2013. His research interests extend to the areas of Leadership, Conflict Management, Construction Human Resource Management and Development, Teamwork, Procurement Management, Building Maintenance, and Sustainable Housing Development.
