July, 2nd 2022 Architecture USM sweeps 2000 USD in cash prizes being the top prize winners at the 4th Architecture Students Design Competition - Architalent Future City Competition. Organized by Archidex, Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM) and C.I.S. Network Sdn. Bhd., this prestigious competition accumulates to a total prize reward of 2700 USD. Associate Professor Ir. Nik Fuaad is a lecturer in Infrastructure Engineering. He started his career as a lecturer in USM in 1982. He graduated with a Degree in Civil Engineering from University College Cardiffand undertook post graduate studies at Newcastle University in the field of Public Health Engineering. He has been a member of Institute Engineers Malaysia since 1988. He is active in publication, research and consultancy, especially in waste water engineering. He also holding a positin as CEO of Perunding Pinang Sdn Bhd, a company which is own by USM. About 80% of the sewage system from his design are being using in Malaysia. At the same time, he is the consultant panel for JPP and JPS.
