"Dr. Jestin is the keen person who is working on the role of architecture, architects, and other construction disciplines actors to tackle the issues of the impact of (natural) disasters on buildings and other structures in the built environment. Minimizing Impact to Tsunami-Threatened Area in Northwestern Malaysia Coast Using Tsunami Responsive Architecture Strategy - A Case Study in Kuala Muda (project duration from December 2016 to Dec 2018) (Extended until 31st December 2019) Total Grant Awarded: RM19, 974.00.

⦁ Faculty Strategic Research Grant (FRGS). Developing Modular Design Criteria for Post-Disaster Shelter in Malaysia (project duration from January 01st 2019, until December 31st 2020).
