Dr. Nur Syaimasyaza is currently attached to the Quantity Surveying program at the School of Housing, Building and Planning, Universiti Sains Malaysia. Graduated from University of Malaya (UM) in 2008, she had worked in a quantity surveying company in Alor Setar, Kedah before pursuing her Master Degree in Construction Contract Management in Universiti Teknology Malaysia (UTM).  After that, she pursued her PhD studies at International Islamic University Malaysia, Gombak and her research entitled ‘Incomplete Contract in Private Finance Initiative (PFI): Identification of Its Presence and Development of Proposed Strategies’.  Her areas of research, publication, and supervision interests include construction contract, procurement system, construction management and project management.
